The Chamber of Commerce Building is a historic building in Manhattan, New York City. It is located at 65 Liberty Street, on the site of the former Real Estate Exchange building. The building houses the New York Chamber of Commerce, which was founded in 1768. The Chamber of Commerce Building was built in 1901 in the Beaux-Arts style. It was designed by architect James Barnes Baker. The building has a series of elegant columns on its façade.
In 1991, it became the International Commercial Bank of China. The building has columns on its façade. The building was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1977.
