Ford Foundation Building is a building in the Lower Midtown neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. It was designed by Kevin Roche and completed in 1968. The building at 320 East 43rd Street cost $16 million to build.
The Ford Foundation Building is noted for being the first building in Manhattan to feature a large tree-filled atrium. It is credited with introducing the concept of indoor public places for buildings in Manhattan.

Getting there
Take the 7 or 7X train to the Grand Central-42nd Street Subway Station. Walk east along 42nd or 43rd Street until you arrive at the Ford Foundation.
