Müstair is a village in Val Müstair municipality, in the canton of Graubünden, in eastern Switzerland. Located at an elevation of 1,273 m (4,177 ft), it covers 77.71 sq km (30 sq mi) and has a population of around 750 people (2012 estimate).

Müstair is the easternmost part of Switzerland, with the extreme east being at Piz Chavalatsch, a mountain in the Ortler Range. This is where the border of Switzerland meets that of South Tyrol, Italy.

Müstair is the lowest and largest village in the Val Müstair. Much of the land here is either forested or used for farming. The Romanisch language is the main mother tongue of the people here, spoken by 81% of the population.

Perhaps the most famous sight in Müstair is the Benedictine Convent of Saint John, known locally in the Romansch language as Baselgia San Jon, and in German as Klosterkirche St. Johann. It is today World Heritage Site.
