Istana Bukit Tanah (GPS: 6.19217, 102.16489) is a palace in Jajahan Tumpat, Kelantan. It is the residence of the Sultan of Kelantan when in Tumpat. The palace was built in 1910 on a three-acre site during the reign of Sultan Ismail Petra.
Istana Bukit Tanah is located off Jalan Dato Keramat. The approach is via a long country lane. The approach and lawn are beautifully tended with boungainvillea and Flame of the Forest.
