Freshly made siew pow at Warong Seremban Siew Pow (9 July, 2016)
Warong Seremban Siew Pow (GPS: 2.69753, 101.93713) is a famous bakery in Seremban. Though it is not the biggest or oldest Seremban Siew Pow shop (that honour goes to Empayar Seremban Siew Pow), it is still a famous Seremban Siew Pow shop. The shop occupies a corner double-storey terrace shophouse next to the Jalan Rasah flyover.
This was the Seremban Siew Pow shop we visited, for it was the shop I discovered when I googled for Seremban Siew Pow. The siew pow, which is baked pastry stuffed with barbecued pork, is made within the shop itself, hence giving a wonderful aroma when we entered.
At the shop, we were faced with siew pow of different stuffings, so we selected a couple of each. We ate then and there in the car, and they were possibly the nicest Seremban Siew Pow that I have ever tasted. So much so that we returned to the shop the next day to buy some more. But we soon discovered that it tasted best when hot. Once it has cooled down, it does not taste as nice. And eating too many makes you feel cloyed.

Hello and thanks for reading this page. My name is Timothy and my hobby is in describing places so that I can share the information with the general public. My website has become the go to site for a lot of people including students, teachers, journalists, etc. whenever they seek information on places, particularly those in Malaysia and Singapore. I have been doing this since 5 January 2003, for over twenty years already. You can read about me at Discover Timothy. By now I have compiled information on thousands of places, mostly in Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, and I continue to add more almost every day. My goal is to describe every street in every town in Malaysia and Singapore.
