JKKN Complex (GPS: 6.41239, 100.19475) is a complex of buildings housing the Department of Culture and Arts in Kangar, Perlis. It was built on December 1999 and completed in April 2001, at a cost of RM7.6 million on a 1.8 hectare site. The complex contains an auditorum and an administrative block. The auditorium has a capacity of 400 people.
The JKKN Complex was formerly known as Taman Budaya Negeri Perlis. This is where various cultural and arts activities are planned on a district and state level.
