Susie's Cuisine (GPS: 15.13516, 120.58614) is a food outlet at Nepo Mart Complex in Angeles City, Philippines. It serves various Filipino delicacies. They include Tibok Tibok, Sapin Sapin, Mochi, Kalamay Duman and Kalamay Ube.

Tibok Tibok is a Kapampangan pudding made with carabao milk. Sapin Sapin is a multi-layered delicacy where each layer is a different ingredient. There are at least three layers. The first is macapuno, the second is langka, and the third is ube.

Mochi is the same as the mochi in Japan, as well as the "muar chee" in Penang. The Kapampangan version of mochi is made of sticky rice filled with sweet beans and coconut milk sauce.

Kalamay Duman is a sticky sweet delicacy made by combining coconut milk, sugar and glutinous rice, and then stirred over a low heat. Kalamay Ube is a version of kalamay made using grated purple yam.

About this website

Hello and thanks for reading this page. My name is Timothy and my hobby is in describing places so that I can share the information with the general public. My website has become the go to site for a lot of people including students, teachers, journalists, etc. whenever they seek information on places, particularly those in Malaysia and Singapore. I have been doing this since 5 January 2003, for over twenty years already. You can read about me at Discover Timothy. By now I have compiled information on thousands of places, mostly in Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, and I continue to add more almost every day. My goal is to describe every street in every town in Malaysia and Singapore.
