Rapid Penang Bus No. 401E is an express bus service between the Jetty and Balik Pulau. It is the express version of Route 401. The difference between the two is that the express woute bypasses the Gelugor area to use the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway that runs along the coast.
