Air Itam Teambuilding Centre (AITC) (GPS: 5.39713, 100.26546) is a recreation facility belonging to Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang (PBAPP), the state water utility board. It has a bungalow with training room and secretariat room. The view from the patio here is simply breathtaking.

There are various recreation facilities at the teambuilding centre, both indoor and outdoor. Indoor facilities include table tennis, snooker and entertainment unit. The various outdoor facilities range from flying fox and abseiling to rope climbing, bridge crossing and other equipment for teambuilding.

To accommodate teambuilding participants, the Air Itam Teambuilding Centre has space for various teambuilding sizes. The bungalow itself can accommodate up to six people in twin-sharing rooms. There are an additional eighteen air-conditioned hostel rooms as well as a camping site for large groups. Meal arrangements and special activities such as barbecues can also be arranged.
