Alila2 Condominium (GPS: 5.45285, 100.29258) is a luxury condominium complex in Tanjung Bungah, Penang. Developed by Nilai Arif Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Hunza Properties Bhd, it comprises two blocks which are 33 storeys and 34 storeys. With just 27 units per acre, it has one of the lowest density of any condominiums in the northern hillside of Tanjung Bungah. The buildings themselves have a footprint of just 1.6 acres, leaving 47% of the land area to nature and landscaped greeneries.

Built on freehold land on a 9.8-acre plot, Alila2 offers 4 types of standard units, 3 layouts for penthouse units and 1 for duplex units.

All standard units come with living, dining, wet kitchen, yard and powder room.
