Prince George Wharf, Bahamas
[an error occurred while processing this directive]
Prince George Wharf is the place where tourists on cruise ships alight upon arrival at Nassau, Bahamas. It looks like a colossal parking lot for ocean liners. Visitors coming ashore here are immediately deposited into the thick of downtown Nassau, with many of the colonial buildings and museums within walking distance.

As you come to shore at Prince George Wharf, among the sights you will see is Festival Place, a shopping area to the right (west) of the wharf. The main road passing in front is Woodes Rodgers Walk. Although you are here on a holiday, you should be aware of petty crimes wuch as pickpockets, so don't bring valuables with you. It would not be fair to Nassau to say that it has a high crime rate - which it doesn't - but being a tourist, we are often the first target as "easy meat", so exercise caution.
