Park Avenue Plaza is a 45-storey skyscraper in the neighborhood of Upper Midtown in Manhattan, New York City. Located next to Lever House, it has a glass prism that houses a soaring atrium. It was designed by the architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill.
Park Avenue Plaza is 175 meters tall. The ground floor has a through-block glass-walled atrium. Just as with Lever House, Park Avenue Plaza has a glass façade. In fact, it appears like a more modern version of Lever House.
How to reach Park Avenue Plaza
Take the E or V train to the Lexington Avenue-53rd Street subway station. Walk east along East 52nd Street. Park Avenue Plaza is on the right side of East 52nd Street after the intersection with Park Avenue.
