Springdale is a city stradding Washington County and Benton County in northwestern Arkansas. It covers 31.3 sq mi (81.1 sq km) and has a population of around 70,000 (2011 estimate). It is one of the four main cities in Northwest Arkansas, along with Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville and presently the fourth largest city in Arkanses after Little Rock, Fort Smith and Fayetteville.
