Each unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Standard units have floor area of 750 sqft. There are also duplex units with 1,400 sqft. The subsale price as of early 2014 is around RM230,000 for the standard units.

Aramas Apartment is 16.3 km from Komtar. It is not the most ideal place to stay if you are working in the city, as it is simply too far, and you will wade through congested roads all the way. It is more appropriate for people working in the south side, such as at the Bayan Lepas Industrial Zone.

Traffic along Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim is heaviest between the Sungai Ara village and the junction of Jalan Kenari. The junction of Jalan Bayan and Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim is a source of congestion, especially during rush hour, when traffic queues can slow traffic to a crawl.
