Ark Thooi Mee Suah (Penang Hokkien: Ark_t Thooi₃ Mee₃ Suah₃ [aʔ-t^hui-mi-suã]), or duck drumstick vermicelli, is a popular hawker food in Penang. You can find it in many coffee shops. The soup dish comprises a single duck drumstick in vermicelli. Variation include duck meat, chicken drumstick and chicken meat, and the vermicelli can be substituted for rice noodles (bihun). The clear soup is made of various Chinese herbs.
