Jalan Tun Razak is a major road in Kuala Lumpur. It skirts the western part of the inner city, from Lebuhraya Sultan Iskandar (Lebuhraya Mahameru) to Jalan Yew, and together with Jalan Damansara, Jalan Istana and the Maju Expressway forms part of the Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 1.

On the northern end, Jalan Tun Razak starts at the intersection with Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. It continues west as the middle lane to connect with Lebuhraya Sultan Iskandar, whereas the side lanes are Jalan Tun Ismail. On the southern end, Jalan Tun Razak ends at the intersection with Jalan Cheras, beyond which is Jalan Chan Sow Lin.

Numerous roads branch off or form intersections with Jalan Tun Razak. They include Jalan Rahmat, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, Jalan Batu Bata, Jalan Sentul Manis, Jalan Pahang, Jalan Kuantan, Jalan Temerloh, Lorong Raja Muda Abdul Aziz, Jalan Fletcher, Jalan Raja Muda Abdul Aziz, Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra, Jalan Raja Uda, Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway, Jalan Mayang Sari, Jalan Aman, Jalan Ampang, Lorong Kuda, Jalan U Thant, Persiaran Stonor, Jalan Langgak Golf, Jalan Eaton, Jalan Kia Peng, Jalan Bukit Bintang, Jalan Kelab Golf, Jalan Inai, Jalan Selatan and the Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway (E39).

Jalan Tun Razak was originally known as Circular Road, which was then translated to Jalan Pekeliling. Jalan Pekeliling was renamed in honour of Tun Abdul Razak bin Hussein, the late prime minister of Malaysia on 7 October, 19831.

Apart from Kuala Lumpur, there is also a Jalan Tun Razak in Kota Kinabalu and a Jalan Tun Abdul Razak in Johor Bahru.
