Audi Dream Farm, Sungai Rusa, Penang (4 May 2015)


Audi Dream Farm (GPS: 5.38527, 100.20998) is a farm in the Sungai Rusa neighbourhood of Balik Pulau, Penang. Located off Jalan Sungai Rusa, with the entrance path being just beside Sungai Rusa itself.

Audi Dream Farm was start by Mr Sam Lim to realise his own dream of running a farm where he could be close to nature. The farm goes various vegetables in the natural way.

When my wife and I visited Mr Lim at his farm, it was still in the process of being set up. Though visitors are welcome to come and take a look, according to Mr Lim, there is still a lot of loose ends to tidy up before the farm can be regarded as ready for visitation.

As we explore the farm, I could see the amount of effort and passion that Mr Lim - a city man - poured in to create his own "Green Acres".

Audi Dream Farm Pigeon Collection

Audi Dream Farm has probably the largest collection of pigeon species and hybrids in Penang, if not the whole Malaysia. Some of them don't even look like the pigeons that I know, but are still birds in the pigeon family.
