Bagan Lalang (GPS: 5.43118, 100.39702) is a locality in
Seberang Perai, Penang Mainland. It is located to the north of
Mak Mandin. While Mak Mandin has more factories and low-cost residential properties, Bagan Lalang has experienced middle-class residential properties in the past decade.
The main road through Bagan Lalang is of course
Jalan Bagan Lalang, which runs north-south through the locality. Jalan Bagan Lalang connects with the
Butterworth Outer Ring Road in the north, at Exit 1707 (Bagan Lalang Interchange), where the road continues north as
Jalan Kampung Benggali; with
Jalan Permatang Pauh to the south.
