Bak Moy (Penang Hokkien: Bak₁ Moy₂ [baʔ-mɔi]) is a Chinese-style pork porridge often available at coffee shops and hawker centres. Ingredients may include fish balls and offal. Some times eu char koay is included. The porridge is sprinkled with a spring onion garnish.
