Balik Pulau Old Market Car Park (GPS: 5.35174, 100.2356) is a car park occupying the site of the Balik Pulau Old Market. After the market was shifted to its new location, the old market was left in disuse for a couple of years. A decision was then taken to have it demolish, so as the place can be used for a car park, to alleviate the congestion in the centre of the Balik Pulau pekan. There were some grievances over the demolition of the old market, but eventually it was demolished anyway.

With the removal of the disused old market building, the area is now tarred and parking bays added to the site. There are also two parking bays specially put aside for the disabled, and these are specially painted a different colour.

The creation of the car park has helped improve business in the surrounding village, with the main beneficiaries being the coffee shops, particularly those selling Balik Pulau's speciality, the laksa.
