Bandar Tasek Mutiara (GPS: 5.2778, 100.49243), also called Pearl City, is a township being developed in the subdistrict of Simpang Ampat, in the district of Seberang Perai Selatan, on Penang Mainland. It will include both residential and commercial properties. Right now Bandar Tasek Mutiara is being developed in phases.

At the heart of Bandar Tasek Mutiara is its commercial hub. This is designed to be accessed via an oval-shaped ring road, Lorong 19/Ss2. The road naming convention of using numbers, so pravalent in the Klang Valley, is being applied to Bandar Tasek Mutiara.
