Batu Gantong Cemetery (GPS: 5.41193, 100.2931) is one of the major Chinese cemeteries in Penang. It is located at the end of the Batu Gantong Road, right past the Batu Gantong village. Over the decades, the cemetery area has been hemmed in by development, in particular when the Rifle Range Flats were constructed.

Getting there

The entrance to the Batu Gantong Cemetery is via Batu Gantong Road. The nearest bus stop is along Scotland Road, a good 20-minute walk to the cemetery, so it is more practical to go there by own transport.
