The Batu Maung Interchange is the Penang Island access and exit to Jambatan Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah, popularly known as the Second Penang Bridge . It is designated Exit 2802 (originally Exit 2203). This is the third interchange on the bridge, the first being Exit 2800 on North-South Expressway Northern Route, and second being Exit 2801 at Bandar Cassia.

Batu Maung Interchange is a directional-Y interchange. It comprises flyovers that connects the Second Penang Bridge to the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway. The ramps head north for George Town and south for Batu Maung. As with the bridge itself, the Batu Maung Interchange came into operation at 12:01 am on 2 March, 2014.
