Behr Building (GPS: 5.4162, 100.34369) is a historic trading house at 5 Weld Quay, George Town, Penang. Behr & Co was another company that was established by Germans.

But unlike its neighbours, which were founded in Germany, it was founded as Behr Brothers in New York in 1880. it changed its name a number of times, to Behr, Brother and Company and then to Behr Brothers & Company. During the First World War, due to it being run from London, it was allowed to continue operating in Penang.

Behr Building once housed Via Pre, Tavern on the Harbour, the Italian restaurant, before it moved to Penang Street. To the left of Behr Building is Schiffmann Herr Building, while to the right is today a showroom for DSOP Office Supplies.
