Bellisa Row is a commercial property in the Pulau Tikus neighbourhood. Developed by the Belleview Group, Bellisa Row is a four storey arcade. The ground level has several shops and food-and-beverage outlets, among them Häagen-Dazs, The Coffee Bean, Bella Italia and Jurin. Astro cable network also has an outlet here.
