Berjaya Avenue (Malay: Lebuhraya Berjaya) is a minor road in Pulau Tikus, Penang. It is the middle road between Berjaya Gate and Scott Avenue.

Berjaya Avenue is lined on both sides with residential houses. There is a plot of empty land near the junction with Brother James Road, with on the northern end, Kondo Berjaya is at the junction with Jalan Berjaya.

Getting there

The nearest bus stop is on Burmah Road, about 5-10 minutes' walk away. The bus stop is served by Rapid Penang bus 101, 102, 104 and 304.
