Jalan Biggs, George Town (9 December 2020)
Jalan Biggs is a minor road in the leafy
Ayer Rajah neighbourhood of
George Town. Originally Biggs Road, it runs from
Jalan Cantonment on one end to
Jalan Park on the other.
Biggs Road was named after Reverend Louis Coutier Biggs and his wife Mrs Biggs, missionaries of the
St. George's Anglican Church, in honour of their having founded the
St. George's Girls School.
Getting there
Biggs Road is not served by public transport, so the only way to reach it is by car.
