Botanica Mansion (12 December 2015)


Botanica Mansion (GPS: 5.36864, 100.22418) is a former country manor that was built in early 1881. When the estate was bought over for residential development around 2005, a decision was made to retain the country manor, with the intention of converting it into a clubhouse for the residents of Botanica CT.

Botanica Mansion was completed and open to use on 1 November, 2015. Features added to the mansion include a gymnasium and a swimming pool. These are exclusive to the members of the club. Membership fees to the club are payable on a monthly, half-yearly and yearly basis. The grounds have also been beautifully landscaped. The Lithuanian mural artist Ernest Zacharevic was commissioned to add a mural on one of the walls. In addition, the clubhouse has a restaurant which is open to members and non members.
