Butterworth Arena (GPS: 5.4125, 100.39913) is a banquet hall in the Ampang Jajar neighbourhood of Butterworth, Penang. The hall is expected to be completed in September 2022. It is located off Jalan Permatang Pauh, which is State Route P7.

Butterworth Arena is being built by the Penang State Government through the Penang Development Corporation at the cost of RM59 million. It will be the largest banquet hall in Seberang Perai. There are three separate halls with a total capacity of 360 tables, with stage and four function rooms, two separate kitchens, 600 car park bays and 400 motorcycle parking slots.
