Butterworth Tian Gong Tan Temple (17 August 2015)
Butterworth Tian Gong Tan (Simplified Chinese: 北海天公坛, Traditional Chinese: 北海天公壇; Penang Hokkien: Park1 Hai4 Thni3 Kong3 Tnua2

) is an ornate Chinese temple. Dedicated to the Jade Emperor, the supreme deity in the Taoist pantheon, the temple is located at the end of Lebuh Kampung Benggali 1.
According to The Star
1, the temple was built at a cost of RM1.5 million to replace the previous shrine at Jalan Pa' Abu. The original temple dates back to the late 19th century, and has been renovated and expanded a number of times.
