Carver's Nut Butters is a artisan food producer of nut butters in Penang. Their range of products include peanut butter, cashew butter and almond butter. The company was created out of a passion for creating producst using premium ingredients to produce goods that are totally 100% natural.
According to Carver's, their aim is to come up with products that not only satiate the taste buds, they also contain immense amounts of nutritional benefits, as their effort to promote good health through healthy eating. To this end, they are going back to basics, coming out with products with a much shortened list of ingredients, and working with local suppliers as far as possible. Their nuts are brought in directly, hand picked and roasted, before being processed in an old-school stone grinder. That way, it offers an amazing texture.
I came across their stall at the Organic Food Farmers' Market at Straits Quay on 19 June, 2016. I learn that they also have a stall at Occupy Beach Street. Outside the farmers' market, Carver's Nut Butters sells directly to their customers as well as via a selection of health food outlets.

About this website
Dear visitor, thank you so much for reading this page. My name is Timothy Tye and my hobby is to find out about places, write about them and share the information with you on this website. I have been writing this site since 5 January 2003. Originally (from 2003 until 2009, the site was called AsiaExplorers. I changed the name to Penang Travel Tips in 2009, even though I describe more than just Penang but everywhere I go (I often need to tell people that "Penang Travel Tips" is not just information about Penang, but information written in Penang), especially places in Malaysia and Singapore, and in all the years since 2003, I have described over 20,000 places.
While I try my best to provide you information as accurate as I can get it to be, I do apologize for any errors and for outdated information which I am unaware. Nevertheless, I hope that what I have described here will be useful to you.
