The nearest shopping is at Queensbay Mall. The nearest hospital is Pantai Mutiara Hospital in Bayan Baru.

Traffic situation at Century Bay Apartment

Traffic within the Pantai Jerejak area can be considered low, except along Jalan Aziz Ibrahim, which gets congested in the evening rush hour, particularly when there is a pasar malam.
