Badachu (Traditional Chinese: 八大處, Simplified Chinese: 八大处) is an ancient monastery complex in the outskirts of
Beijing, China. The name Badachu means "eight great sites". This refers to the eight Buddhist monuments in the area, namely Changan Temple, Lingguang Temple, Sanshan Nunnery, Dabei Temple, Longquan Nunnery, Xiangjie Temple, Baozhu Cave and Zhengguo Temple. The whole area is often called Badachu Park, and it is located to the west of central Beijing.

Badachu today has become a popular tourist attraction in Beijing, with visitors coming here for the scenery, and to enjoy the sights of its well-preserved ancient trees. The best time to visit Badachu is in autumn, when the autumn leaves are turning red. That is also the most crowded time for the site.
