Chocolate Banana Chiffon Cake (7 November 2016)


Although weekend was over, it my wife's baking has spilled into the weekday. Yesterday, 7 November, 2016, she decided to bake a Chocolate Banana Chiffon Cake. As usual, it is made without following any particular recipe. She just gather whatever that happens to be in the kitchen, which in this case, there was some leftover banana. Also in the cake are chocolate chips. She told me that it was delicious, but I could only imagine it, because I am staying away from carbohydrates during the weekday.
