Chung Ling (Private) High School (GPS: 5.40508, 100.29411) is a private secondary school in Air Itam, Penang. It occupies a 6-storey building next to the Chung Ling High School.

Chung Ling (Private) High School was established in 1962, when the Board of Directors of Chung Ling High School saw the need to set up an independent high school, to cater to students who have exceeded the age limit for public schools, but wish to continue their education.

Unlike Chung Ling High School, the medium of instruction at Chung Ling (Private) High School is Mandarin.
