8 Gurney (GPS: 5.42852, 100.32144), also called The Shore, is a luxury condominium along Gurney Drive, Penang. It comprises two blocks built on freehold land and completed in 2013. The main tower block is 40 storey tall while the second block is 28 storeys tall.

There is a total of 90 units distributed between the two towers. Units in the main tower have a built up area of 10,740 sqft (comprising 7,210 sqft indoor space and 3,530 sqft terrace and private pool), making them possibly the largest standard built-up area of any condominium block in Penang. Called "sky mansions", these comprise 7,300 sqft of interior space and 3,440 sqft of wrap-around sky terrace, including private swimming pool. There are two units on each level, and they are called Type A East and Type A West. Each unit is served by two private lifts.
