Completed at the end of 2012, it comprises two blocks standing at 37 and 38 storeys, built on freehold land. From its location, one can enjoy views of George Town and its surrounding suburbs.

There are 8 units per floor served by four high-speed elevators. Each unit has a built-up area of between 938 sqft to 2,325 sqft.

Traffic along Lebuhraya Thean Teik is extremely heavy duing rush hour. The same is true with Batu Lanchang Lane. Although there is a traffic light junction in front of BL Business Park, the concern is that once population increases, there will be regular congestion building up on every red light.
