City Of Dreams (GPS: 5.44588, 100.31003) is a luxury condominium complex being developed in Tanjong Tokong, Penang. It is developed by Ewein Zenith Sdn Bhd on a 3.7-acre plot. The approach road was named Jalan Peter Paul Dason in memory of a founding member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP).

City Of Dreams comprises two 38-storey tower blocks - named Chloé and Elainé - sitting on a common podium. It offers 572 luxury service apartments with uninterrupted sea view and the George Town skyline. Gross built-up area of units range from 1,097 sqft to 1,335 sqft. With a gross development value of RM800 million, and maintenance fees set at RM0.30 per square foot (as of Feb 2016), City Of Dreams was completed in October 2020.

Traffic at City Of Dreams

Traffic along Jalan Seri Tanjung Pinang is expected to continue increasing with the completion of various residential development in the area, while traffic along the main road, Jalan Tanjong Tokong, is heavy at most times of the day.
