It is built on freehold land off Jalan Tun Dr Awang, immediately behind Hompton Airport Hotel, also being constructed by the same developer. According to the developer's website, project highlights include solar panel system, compost bins, rainwater harvesting system and EV charging stations.

Two layout plans are available, namely Type D with 1,250 sqft and Type E with 1,075 sqft. There is a total of 10 units per floor, with four units of Type D and 6 units of Type E.

On the ground floor of Goodwood Residence are 8 shop outlets. There is a total of 260 residential units here, each with a built up area ranging from 1,075 sqft to 1,250 sqft. The developer's indicative price for each unit is RM500,000 onwards.
