Gurney Paragon Residences (GPS: 5.43496, 100.31069) is an upscale condominium at Persiaran Gurney in Penang. Built by Hunza Properties, it is part of the 10.21-acre Gurney Paragon development, which includes Gurney Paragon Mall and St. Joseph Square, which preserves the historical St. Joseph's Novitiate. At the time of their completion in 2013, the condominium blocks were the tallest residential towers in Penang.

The two tower blocks at Gurney Paragon are almost identical, except that the units in East Tower are bigger. There are 73 residential units at East Tower, with 2 units per floor, and 191 units in West Tower, with 4 units per floor.

In the East Tower, Unit A (facing east) and Unit B (facing west) are each 4,586 sqft from levels 5 to 17, 4,586 sqft from levels 18 to 22, and 4,629 sqft from levels 26 to 39A. Each unit has 4 bedrooms (including a master bedroom and guestroom) and a maid's room.

In West Tower, Units A and B face Persiaran Gurney. Each is 2,810 sqft from levels 5 to 23 and 2,853 sqft from levels 23A to 39A. There are 3 bedrooms and a maid's room. Units C and D face Jalan Kelawai. They are 3,132 sqft from levels 5 to 23 and 3,154 sqft from levels 23A to 39A. Each has 3 bedrooms and a maid's room.
