H Residence (GPS: 5.43158, 100.31552), formerly known as One Ritz Residence and Kelawei View Condominium, is a luxurious condominium along Kelawei Road in Pulau Tikus, Penang. It is 34 storeys tall but will only house 34 units of very expensive units. There are three regular units available. Types A and B occupy two units of level, with each having a floor space of approximately 4,900 sqft. Type C occupies an entire level and has a floor space of 7,380 sqft.
