Iconic Harmony (GPS: 5.32828, 100.47802) is an affordable housing condominium in the Alma neighbourhood of Bukit Mertajam, Seberang Perai. It comprises a 36-storey block with a 8-storey podium. It is being developed on freehold land by Iconic Maison Sdn Bhd, on land formerly occupied by an abandoned project called Taikar Plaza.

There are 751 condo units at Iconic Harmony. Each unit, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, has a size of 900 sqft. There is only one layout for all the units. In addition, there are also 16 units of commercial shoplots.

The Iconic Harmony showroom was officially opened on 9 March 2024. The project itself is not yet launched, and is expected to be launched in April the same year. Those interested to acquire a unit should register their interest with the developer, Iconic Maison.
