Marriott Residences Penang (GPS: 5.43193, 100.31751) is a mixed development in Gurney Drive, Penang. Built by BSG Property on freehold land, it is a 55-storey skyscraper housing the 313-room Penang Marriott Hotel and 302 units of luxury condominium. Standing at a height of 223 metres, it is the second tallest building in Penang after Komtar Tower, and the tallest residential tower in Penang.

The condominium, Marriott Residences, occupies levels 30 to 55 of the building. The floor types are Type 2A (957 sqft, 2 bedrooms), Type 2B (871 sqft, 2 bedrooms), Type 2C (850 sqft, 2 bedrooms), Type 2D (861 sqft, 2 bedrooms), Type 3A (1,291 sqft, 3 bedrooms), Type 3B (1,841 sqft, 3 bedrooms), Type 3C (2,573 sqft, 3 bedrooms), Type 3D (2,253 sqft, 3 bedrooms) and Type 4A (3,134 sqft, 4 bedrooms). There are 13 units on each floor on levels 30-51, 5 units on levels 52-53 and 4 units on level 53A.
