One Imperial (GPS: 5.33321, 100.27377) is a condominium complex in Sungai Ara. It is bordered by Lilitan Sungai Ara and Lintang Sungai Ara 14. Developed by Modular Platinum Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Ideal property, it comprises five blocks offering a total of 768 condo units. Each unit at One Imperial has a floor area of 1,050 sqft, 1,180 sqft, 1,200 sqft and 1,300 sqft. All units have three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Pricing of One Imperial

One Imperial had an indicative price of RM380 per square foot. Since then, the following are updates of units on the market.

March 2016 Units are on the market for RM500,000, while rental on demand at RM1,000 per month.

The nearest market is the Relau Market (under construction at time of writing, March 2016), so presently the nearest is Sri Aman Market. The nearest petrol station is Petronas Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim. The nearest school is Sekolah Kebangsaan Seri Relau. The nearest shopping centre is Bukit Jambul Complex. The nearest hospital is Pantai Hospital.

One Imperial is 14.7 km to Komtar, 8.9 km to the Second Penang Bridge and 5.8 km to the Penang International Airport.

Traffic situation at One Imperial

Traffic is low along Lilitan Sungai Ara but increases exponentially on Jalan Paya Terubong. Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim also see heavy traffic during rush hour.

Public Transport

The nearest bus stop is along Jalan Paya Terubong, about 10-15 minutes' walk from One Imperial. The bus stop is served by Rapid Penang bus 301 and 306.
