Developed by Modular Platinum Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Ideal property, it comprises five blocks offering a total of 768 condo units. Each unit at One Imperial has a floor area of 1,050 sqft, 1,180 sqft, 1,200 sqft and 1,300 sqft. All units have three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Pricing of One Imperial

One Imperial had an indicative price of RM380 per square foot. Since then, the following are updates of units on the market.

Traffic situation at One Imperial

Traffic is low along Lilitan Sungai Ara but increases exponentially on Jalan Paya Terubong. Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim also see heavy traffic during rush hour.

Public Transport

The nearest bus stop is along Jalan Paya Terubong, about 10-15 minutes' walk from One Imperial. The bus stop is served by Rapid Penang bus 301 and 306.
