Developed by Lone Pine Group, One Tanjong Condominium occupies the site of the former Tanjung Country Club. Built on freehold land, it comprises two 41-storey condominium blocks offering a total of 147 condominium units. The two blocks were completed in June 2014 and April 2015 respectively.1 The units are available as standard units (4,760 sqft), penthouse units (9,600 sqft) and the top penthouse (18,600 sqft).
