Developed by Lone Pine Group, One Tanjong Condominium occupies the site of the former Tanjung Country Club. Built on freehold land, it comprises two 41-storey condominium blocks offering a total of 147 condominium units. The two blocks were completed in June 2014 and April 2015 respectively.¹ The units are available as standard units (4,760 sqft), penthouse units (9,600 sqft) and the top penthouse (18,600 sqft).

Facilities include 24-hour security, covered parking lot, infinity swimming pool, whirlpool, children's pool, gymnasium, separate male and female spa, sauna and steam room, tennis court, badminton court, children's playground, games room, pantry, barbeque area and landscaped garden. One Tanjong will incorporate the latest environment-friendly technology to reduce energy and water consumption.

The nearest petrol station is the Caltex along Jalan Tanjung Bungah. The nearest school is Dalat International School. The nearest market is the Tanjung Bungah Market. The nearest shopping centres include Lotus's Tanjung Pinang, Straits Quay and Island Plaza. The nearest hospital is the Penang Adventist Hospital (not counting Mount Miriam Cancer Hospital).

Traffic situation at One Tanjong Condominium

Traffic along Jalan Tanjung Bungah is heavy. However the road is wide so traffic should be smooth most of the time.
