Palm Palladium (GPS: 5.35778, 100.29721) is a condominium block in the Minden Heights neighbourhood of Gelugor, Penang. Developed by Harta Intan Ventures Sdn Bhd, it comprises a 28-storey blcok that was built on freehold land and completed in 2008. Units come in different configurations, with built-up area ranging from 1,150 sqft to 2,400 sqft. There are only three units on each floor, which is served by two lifts. The nearest bus stop is along Jalan Bukit Gambir. It is served by Rapid Penang bus 302. The bus stop is about 10-15 minutes' walk from Palm Palladium.
