Sensasi @ Utropolis (GPS: 5.24059, 100.43726) is a mixed development in Batu Kawan, Seberang Perai. Comprising residential suites and commercial suites, it is Phase 1 of Utropolis. The development is on commercial strata comprising two high-rise block on a common 7-storey podium with the first 3 levels occupied by the commercial outlets and the subsequent 4 levels by the car park.
