It is completed in 2009, and has a total of 73 units in three different styles: Type A1 is 5,078 sqft, Type A2 is 4,997 sqft, while Type B is 3,989 sqft. The type A's are located in the West Wing while type B is in the East Wing. Each unit has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and is on freehold land.

Facilities include security, smart access, two parking lots per unit, visitor parking, function room, swimming pool, gymnasium, jacuzzi, barbeque area, cascading 30-meter infinity pool, and beachfront garden. There is also a 100-meter long private beachfront promenade.

Springtide Residences is 7.7 km to Komtar, 14.8 km to the Penang Bridge and 22.3 km to the Penang International Airport. It is slightly outside the city boundary, but this is more than made up by the gorgeous scenery, with view of Pulau Tikus in the near distance. The street side is a bit narrow.

To reach Springtide Residences by public transport, take Rapid Penang bus 101 or 103 from Weld Quay Ferry & Bus Terminal, bus 102 from the Penang International Airport and bus 104 from Bukit Gedung.

Traffic situation at Springtide Residences

Traffic along Jalan Tanjung Bungah is heavy and fast, as the road was recently widened. However, outside of rush hour, traffic flow is smooth.
