Sri Golden Bay Condominium (GPS: 5.46502, 100.29919) is a luxury condominium complex in Tanjung Bungah, Penang. It is located on Lorong Abbas 1. It comprises two blocks of 20 and 22 storeys respectively, with a total of 60 units, on freehold land. The built up area ranges from 2,200 to 2,880 sqft. There is also one penthouse unit with a built-up area of 5,600 sqft.

Sri Golden Bay Condominium is 9.5 km to Komtar, 15.1 km to the Penang Bridge and 22.5 km to the Penang International Airport. Part of the distance is due to having to do a U-turn along Jalan Tanjung Bungah. It is slightly away from George Town, which may appeal to those who want to stay away from the city. Traffic along Jalan Tanjung Bungah is heavy but smooth.

Public Transport at Sri Golden Bay

Rapid Penang bus 101 from Weld Quay Ferry & Bus Terminal or 102 from the Penang International Airport pass along Jalan Tanjung Bungah. However the apartment is quite a distance from the main road.

Amenities at Sri Golden Bay

The nearest petrol station is the Caltex along Jalan Tanjung Bungah (there is another Caltex along Jalan Tanjong Tokong on the way from town). The nearest schools include SK Tanjong Tokong and SJKC Hun Bin. The nearest market is the Tanjung Bungah Market. The nearest shopping centres include Lotus's Tanjung Pinang, Straits Quay and Island Plaza. The nearest hospital is Penang Adventist Hospital (not counting Mount Miriam Cancer Hospital).

Traffic situation at Sri Golden Bay

Traffic along Jalan Tanjung Bungah is heavy but congestion has been reduced since parts of the road were widened.
