The Cove (GPS: 5.46598, 100.29242) is a luxury condominium complex in Tanjong Bungah, Penang. It comprises four 40-storey condominium blocks completed in 2007 on freehold land. Each unit occupies an entire level and has a built-up area of 6,000 sqft.

Pricing updates of The Cove

Asking price per unit in February 2014 is approximately RM3 million while rental is RM7500 per month.

Facilities at The Cove

Facilities include 24-hour security, two parking lots per unit, swimming pool, wading pool, gymnasium, sauna, barbeque pit, tennis court, smart security system and landscaped garden, among others.

Location of The Cove

The Cove is 9.6 km to Komtar, 15.8 km to the Penang Bridge and 23.2 km to the Penang International Airport. In a sense, it is the ideal place for high income earners and business owners who wish to keep a slight distance from the city.

Public Transport at The Cove

If you are living at The Cove, you probably do not need to take public transport. But for your hired help, there's Rapid Penang bus 101 and 103 from Weld Quay Ferry & Bus Terminal or 102 from the Penang International Airport that ply Jalan Tanjung Bungah in front of the condominium.

Amenities at The Cove

The nearest public schools from Cara Vista include Sekolah Kebangsaan Tanjung Bungah and Sekolah Menengah Tanjung Bungah. Dalat International School is also a short distance down the road. The nearest market is the Tanjung Bungah Market. The nearest shopping mall is Island Plaza. The nearest hospital is Penang Adventist Hospital.

Traffic situation at The Cove

Traffic along Jalan Tanjung Bungah, the main road, is fast but smooth, considering the road has been widened substantially.
